Live at Lunch concerts are held each Wednesday in the summer from Noon-1pm in Opera House Square. During each concert, local restaurants will be on hand selling lunch entrees for you to enjoy while listening to family friendly music. Please bring lawn chairs and/or blankets for the show.

Waterfest

Description
Waterfest is a Celebration of The Quality of Life we enjoy here in the Fox Valley Area. The name was chosen to draw attention to our most valuable, unique and recognizable resource, our waterways. The event takes place on the shores of the historic Fox River in Downtown Oshkosh. Some of the greatest musicians of our time perform in an intimate and accessible venue. The food generally consists of Wisconsin's best brats and burgers served by anyone of a dozen or so community volunteer organizations.

Depending on the weather and the artists strength of appeal anywhere from 2,500 to 7,500 visitors may be in attendance for any given evening. We generally enjoy about 60 to 70,000 guests during the entire 9 evenings of entertainment. The Oshkosh downtown eateries and clubs bustle before and after the event so come early, stay late, or both!

2017 ARC Gus Macker

The ARC Gus Macker 3-on-3 Tournament of Oshkosh is once again expecting the great crowds that have ventured downtown to be part of a great summer weekend. To go along with the ARC Gus Macker, the Oshkosh Farmers Market will also be going on just down the road on Saturday, August 26th. It makes for a festive atmosphere and a celebration of the kind of fun that can be found in our historic downtown. You don’t want to miss it. This will be the fifth year of the Oshkosh Macker, which is owned and directed by ARC Restoration and Contracting. Once again the popular Slam-Dunk Contest for the high flyers and a 3-point shot contest will be presented. New this year is the “Dream Court” where the youngest Mackers play games with an announcer doing play-by-play and receive prizes. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Take 5 Organization. I have been studying and investigating the paranormal for seventeen years and have had several personal encounters with the "unknown." Godfrey & Richard D. Hendricks. I have also appeared on an episode of Travel Channel's "Dead Files" season #8, episode #5 "The Darkening". I'm a member of the Marathon County Historical Society and the WPRS is listed as a T.A.P.S. family member and representative for The State Of Wisconsin. Oshkosh Empty Bowls Soup Sampler

Description
The Soup Sampler is a biannual fundraiser for the area community pantries. How It Works: Purchase a ticket ahead of the event or at the door. Select from handcrafted bowls, sample delicious soups and breads from over 20 local restaurants while listening to live music. Proceeds from your ticket and from silent auctions will benefit food pantries and meal programs in the Oshkosh Community. The bowls are to be taken home as a reminder that someone's bowl is always empty in our community. Tickets can be purchase individually for bowls or soup or a combination. If you would like to volunteer, make bowls, or are a restaurant interested in donating soup or bread for the event, please email contact the organization.
